SAMUEL
Hi
there. Welcome to this week’s edition of the Exam Academy. How have been your
exams? I trust that you manifested as a Son and will still manifest in your
forthcoming papers. This week I want us to project into the word together. Do
you remember that scripture that speaks of good success? It’s Joshua 1:8. As
believers, let’s not make the mistake of streamlining God into our academics
alone. God’s desire is that we have good success-all round success. So, spread
your wings. Now, what do you do after your exams? The truth is, that depends on
you. Definitely, you should relax and enjoy yourself. Watch some movies, play
PES (try your hands on PES 2013 and see how it beats PES ’12!), hang-out with
friends before going home for the holidays.
However,
I want to chip this in. This is the time to move ahead in the fulfillment of
your dreams and goals. For example, if you desire to earn a second degree
abroad, this is a time to find out the pros and cons about studying abroad.
You’ve got a desire for kids; this is the time to do something about it. There
may be questions in your heart about certain subjects in the scriptures; take
this time to study and have a grasp of it for yourself. Whatever your special
abilities might be, this is the time to grow in it. What I want to communicate
is that those dreams and goals of yours must see the reality of the day. For
this is one of the manifestations of the Sons of God. The Bible says, ’...to
the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the
Church (you) to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places’ (Eph.
3:10). FYI, when you delight yourself in the Lord, He will give you the desires
of your heart. (Psalms 37:4). So, as a believer who delights in the Lord, those
things you feel strongly about in your heart are you God-given desires. It’s
not drudgery but will lead to your greatest fulfillment.
Friend,
you may have no clue as to your dreams. Sure, you are not alone. Just take the
time to ask God. Ask your Dad to help you recognize your peculiar talents and
goals. (You will be surprised how fast he will respond. Luke 11:9-13). Spend
time in the Word everyday. Pray in the Spirit. Worship the Lord. He’s alive,
you know. Worship your resurrected living Jesus! It won’t take long before you
head starts spinning with ideas on how to have a profitable holiday. In fact,
that’s the path to destiny. Walk in it ‘cos we’ll jam at the top.
In one
word, fulfill your destiny. Let me to give you a tip of the next project of
HISpirational…job32:8, it‘s called the FRESHER’S COLLEGE. This is an initiative
to help everyone step into freshness,
either in a new session or a new phase of life (4 freshmen). This college will
provide insight and ideas that will help you enjoy a fresh start.
Dear,
it is well with you. You can fulfill God’s plan your life. I want to you know
how much God loves you.’…while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.’(Rom
5:8) He has already borne all your sins in his body on the Cross. ‘He himself
took our infirmities and bore our sins in his body’ Matt. 8:17. If you are yet
to put your trust in Christ as your Savior you can do so now and be justified
from all your sins. He ain’t angry with you despite your wrongdoings and sins.
He has already been punished for them so that you will be free. (1 John 2:1-2).
Say this prayer with me,’ Lord Jesus, thank you for bearing my sins in your
body. Thank you for taking the punishment for my sins. Thank you bearing my
sickness ahead of time. I believe that you are the Son of God and that God
raised you from the dead. I confess you today as my Lord and as my saviour.
Thank you Jesus for saving me.’ If you said that prayer, contact us on 08137840740.
We love and we want to help you be rooted and built up in Christ. We love you
all. Enjoy your break and keep a smile glued to that lovely face.
